Impianku di Mount Everest

Be it normal delivery or caesarean, the mothers still have to go for diet routine for a healthy lifestyle guarantee. Diet here is not let you starving, perut dah nyanyi lagu tiada lagi kudengar kidungmu, masih jugak kau bersikap kejam tahan lapar. kau ingat, kau tahan lapar 12 jam, berat kurang 12 kilo ke? Lepas tu bila orang tanya, dah lunch? Kau jawab “dah, minum slimming tea”. Hau hau la kau. I’m referring here to healthy diet which will lead to a healthy lifestyle. Practice a healthy eating habit, regular exercise & so on-my own prescription. Sesetengah orang mengdefinisikan diet ialah menjadi kurus sebijik Posh Beckham.

This entry is about a reminder for me (& for others if you found it useful), to continue to living a healthy lifestyle, which beneficial for me, & for me, yes for me.

Before pregnancy, my weight is about 43 – 45KGs, height about 153CM, age 28YO. By using the BMI calculator, if 43KGs, my BMI is underweight, 45KGs is excellent. 1 week before delivery, my weight is 56.9KGs. BMI = BERAT BADAN BERLEBIHAN. 2 months after delivery, my weight is 50KGs, height remain, age 29YO, still BMI is excellent. Meaning, there are about 5 – 7KGs “fats” still stuck inside my body. But, for me, weight is not the major issue here. Thus, the remaining fats inside is not a disappointment. What I more consider about is the healthy body & as long as I look slim, I don’t mind if my weight increases.

Ok, actually………..i more consider on look slim, diikuti rapat oleh healthy body.

My body figure is not that attractive. More to pear shape. (Ok, understand. Failed to cast for Next Top Model kategori kurus). As my aim is to maintain slim rather than decrease weight, my measurement test would be:
1) As long as I can fit into size 25 jeans, I’m slim.
2) As long as I can fit into size S top, I’m slim.
3) As long as I look nice when I wear a legging, I’m slim.
4) As long as I can fit into cup A bra, I’m slim.
5) As long as I can go through the gap between the chairs in kedai makan, I’m slim.
6) As long as I can fit into size 4 office pants, I’m slim.
7) As long as I look slim when I look at myself in the mirror, I’m slim.
8) & many more.

*** this list is for MY OWN measurement. & never i label someone else as "not slim" if not match to my list***
Hau hau. So terseksa, looks like my doom day is coming because, I have failed the entire lists. AND the results revealed!
1) As long as I can fit into size 25 jeans, I’m slim. – fit into size 27 CK jeans, size 29 Levis jeans. Damn!
2) As long as I can fit into size S top, I’m slim. – Size L top. Damn!
3) As long as I look nice when I wear a legging, I’m slim. – peha lebih sana sini. Damn!
4) As long as I can fit into cup A bra, I’m slim. – sebok nak tau!!!!! Damn!
5) As long as I can go through the gap between the chairs in kedai makan, I’m slim. – tak berani dah nak cuba sekarang.
6) As long as I can fit into size 4 office pants, I’m slim. – Size 8 muat2. Damn!
7) As long as I look slim when I look at myself in the mirror, I’m slim. – tak terkata. Damn!

Everytime I set goals to diet, the more I’ll consume for my meals. All the lauk pauk, kuih muih, all kinds of foods (except healthy foods), they look very very tempting, definitely it’s a waste if I avoid them. I always feel, it’s such a waste if me at this young age, & still have chance to eat all, but do not eat all, because afraid of being fat. Imagine when me getting older & berpenyakit 3 serangkai, no chance at all to eat all those food. Rugikan?

Itu dulu. Now my perception change. If I maintain a healthy eating habit, I still can have all those food at my old age (if panjang umur, insya-Allah). Ni di lantaknya hari2 ayam goreng berempah minyak (kat kantin tu, tu jela yang sedap rate 1/10), setahun 2 lagi, ,kau makan sayur rebus jela sampai innalillah. Kalau nak makan ayam goreng, boleh, tapi makan dalam fikiran.

So, baby step to lead me being more rajin & discipline towards a healthy lifestyle, is control makan, exercise, lagi?.
Jadi, I should have a plan towards all this. The mission = a healthy+slim+nice looking body AND rajin+berdisplin exercise BUT still-eat-all-what-i-like.

***sapa ntah pernah cakap “ros, kau solat 5kali sehari, kempem kurus. Nak kurus sangat lagi, kau solat sunat sekali”.

Samalah jugak yang cakap macam ni “aku ni tak pakai Clinique pun lawa. Air sembahyang je ni”

    1. saya makan apa saje saya nk makan
    2. tak pernah exercise tapi tiap2 pagi berjalan gi kerja (kira exercise jugak kan)

      tapi, kita akan cuba follow yg minum air masak byk2 tu..air masak memang jarang minum..byk minum air manis suam.lunch pun dgn teh tarik....akan dicuba buang sikit2 habit tak sihat tu.....:)

  2. berat kak ros before pregnant n before delivery sama jek ngn kite..yg beza age ngn tinggi jek...masa fully bf izzul berat 46-47, after skip bf 48-49...tpi suka berat skrg sbb berat ideal..cuma perut masih buncit lagi..ms bf mmg sgt kuat makan, bile dah skip dah xlalu makan cam b4 pregnant..seluar lama masa muat cuma tang pinggang dah ketat sbb perut muncit..huhuhu

    1. ms bf dulu memang kuat mkn, tapi lepas berenti bf,masih kuat makan...hahahaha..masa akak b4 pregnant dulu, perut memang x slim sgt, bunbun jugak. tapi entahlah..agaknye ms bf dulu akak makan coklat banyak. 1 hari boleh habis 1 bar yg besar tu....
